The Society is committed to the highest levels of confidentiality and data integrity. We comply strictly with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and maintain international data protection standards across all jurisdictions where we operate. Our protocols ensure that your personal information is shielded by robust legal and technical frameworks.
Processing & Security
All personal data facilitated via the Sovereign Registry’s Member Verification portal is processed under strict organizational protocols. This information is utilized exclusively for reference lookup, verifying active standing, and maintaining the integrity of our digital stewardship. The Society does not utilize this portal for commercial profiling or automated decision-making outside the scope of membership validation.
Security is maintained through multi-layered encryption both at rest and in transit. Our servers are located within high-security data centers that comply with international ISO standards, protected by industry-leading firewalls and intrusion detection systems. Access to data is restricted to authorized Society administrators on a strictly need-to-know basis, monitored by periodic internal audits to ensure compliance with our uncompromised privacy principles.
Stewardship of data is viewed as a preservation of heritage. Every record is handled with the same discretion extended to the guests of our house.
Member Rights & Data Sovereignty
The Crown & Key Society maintains a strict non-commercial stance regarding member data. No personal data of guests, property managers, or society members is sold, leased, or otherwise traded to third parties. We believe in total data sovereignty for our international registry members.
Right of Access
Members have the right to request a comprehensive copy of all personal data held within the Society’s secure registry and Member Verification portal at any time.
Right to Correction
You maintain the absolute right to correct any inaccurate or incomplete stewardship records to ensure the integrity of the Member Registry is upheld.
Right to Deletion
Where applicable, members may request the permanent deletion of their data from the active Registry, effectively ending their enrolment and all associated digital footprint within the Society.
